Computers make good boat anchors

I recently had a very bad problem with my computer. It started doing crazy things and I was afraid that I had lost everything. After two weeks of frustration, I finally got it to boot and I was able to pull most of the files off the computer.

I now have a new laptop. It is wonderful. I am going to be very careful and not slow it down by saving so much to the desktop. I am going to save things to a disk. I hate drama and I really hate computer drama.

It is so nice to have things

Hi Randy Young,
Sorry to hear about your computer drama. My short story, The Ramp, was accepted for inclusion to your 2012 short story anthology. I haven't heard anything further. Should I submit my story again? Thanks, Audrey

It is something that everyone deal with once in his experience with computers. I too had a computer drama that took all my data with it.
