Workshop a Great Time in Meridian

3/28/2011

The workshop was great. I had "nine" people attend and we had a great time of information and questions and answers. The session was three hours long and I had no problem with filling the time with information about publishing.

Meridian was right off of I-20 and was only three hours away from my home. The weather was rainy, but that was not a bad thing for us. We had a nice room at the Meridian Community College.

Beth, Zander, and Zoe made the trip with me and they stayed in a local hotel until I returned from the meeting.

The meeting was sponsored by the local Writer's Guild of Meridian.

I will be in Meridian this Saturday for a three hour workshop on Publishing.

I will be visiting will a group of authors who are just like you. They want to know what the options are and how they can get their books published. I will discuss all of the options for a person so that they can know more of what is available.

It will end with a time of question and answer for the group. Workshop guests are welcome to stay in touch with emails and ask questions, afterwards.

I will follow the trip with pictures and a report.

Art and Murals

I just posted a number of the murals that I have done for others on the Art & Illustration page.

If you live close enough, I will be happy to meet with you and give you a FREE estimate.

I am available, during the summer, to fly to destinations and paint something special just for you. Drop me an email and give me an idea of what you would like. If it involves flying to you, I ask that you make all plans and purchase tickets for me. That way, you can do it at a time where you save the most that you can.

More Art and Murals will be added some time today.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and look.

Getting Back To Normal

I have been sick for an entire week. I have basically been out of pocket, totally. It is Saturday and I am finally feeling much better. This coming week will bring a time to get going and try and catch-up with so many things.
By the way, if you are ever reading on here and find a spelling error, realize that a human typed the web site. Everyone makes mistakes.

I had someone email me and say "Check Spelling." Honest, I do appreciate it, but that is not a lot of help. If I am already behind because of being sick, it would help for someone to pin-point things that I need to correct.

It is the same with novels. I was reading a Percy Jackson book the other day and ran across 5 or 6 spelling or grammar errors. It happens, guys. It happens even with Large Publishing Companies.

When you see womething, help me. Thnx.
